about Retail and Reissue

1.Orders under 300 yuan are considered retail and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.If there are any transportation issues, they can be resolved through negotiation.Please check and confirm with the transportation company personnel that there are no problems before signing for receipt.
2.Due to quality issues causing a shortage of functions, if replacement parts are needed, they will not be arranged separately.They must be included in the next shipment or you will need to bear the shipping cost yourself.

about Shipment

1.After the customer places an order and makes payment, it is usually shipped within 2 days.Orders placed or paid after 16:50 each day are considered for shipment the next day
2.If there are special reasons preventing timely delivery, we will promptly contact the buyer for resolution.We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and greatly appreciate your understanding.

about Logistics

1. Express delivery: Default is Yunda and ZTO Express.
2.Logistics: Freight charges are generally paid on delivery, and goods need to be picked up at the freight station.The logistics company can be chosen by the customer, or we can select a more suitable one for you.

About receiving goods

1.If there is any shortage, please leave a message within 24 hours after signing for the goods, and we will quickly help you verify the situation.
2.If the packaging of the goods is damaged, missing, or damaged, please take photos as evidence, refuse the shipment, and contact us for handling.

about Return and Exchange

1.If the product's quality issues cause it to lack its intended functionality, we will process a return or exchange.However, the shipping costs incurred will be borne by the buyer (most issues can be resolved by simply replacing parts).
2.For reasons other than product quality issues, such as poor sales or not meeting expectations, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

about Wholesale after-Sales

Please provide feedback on product issues to our after-sales service within 7 days of receipt (based on the signing time).If no feedback is given beyond this period, any after-sales issues will not be accepted.For products with quality issues, please accumulate them and return them using standard logistics;the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.For quality issues, please contact our customer service first for registration and processing.If the accumulated products have not been registered, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
